Launching in a high-growth e-learning market that has been accelerated by COVID-19, the platform provides students equitable access to private on-demand education in a state-of-the art virtual classroom. Our vision is to become a global player in the e-learning space, by making the delivery of live group lessons as interactive and as scalable as possible.

What is Equity Crowdfunding?

Equity crowdfunding allows us to receive investment from a large number of people via a dedicated online portal, in return for the opportunity to own shares in our business. In this case, LessonWise will be listed on Crowdcube.

This is unlike other popular crowdfunding platforms, such as Kickstarter and GoFundMe, which are donation and reward-based crowdfunding platforms.
