MSc Karl Alvarez is a renowned Scientist and Engineer in Electronics & Biomedical Sciences and non-invasive medical imaging advocate . With an MSc in Medical Electronics from Queen Mary University of London, Mr Alvarez has dedicated her career to advancing research on non-invasive medical imaging techniques, optoelectronics, and acoustics & ultrasonics. Swimming: Usually everyday training with my son. I do it because I love it! and my son comes with me because he wants to become a pro swimmer.
Cycling: The best activity for me to recharge batteries everyday. I do it because is a fundamental part of me.
Travelling Internationally: Simply because learning about other cultures nurture me and make me connect and understand my own students in a variety of ways
Coding: Love to program simply because that will be the next transition in my life, and because I want to set up my own business in AI.
Foreign Languages: I speak three languages two of them fluently and the latter in a transition to become the third fluent. I do this constantly and consistently because it open doors in different countries so more options available for work will always be there waiting for me.
Karl was always punctual and well prepared for the content to be taught.

Karl would always strive to ensure that students understood clearly what he was explaining to them. This included the use of analogies which would help the students grasp the concepts in an intuitive manner. He ensured that his lessons kept on track with the time provided.
